Preparing for your Pet's Visit at DeShane Kennels, Inc.
1. We provide bedding for all pets. However, you may wish to bring your pet's favorite toy, blanket or towel etc... Bedding must be washable in a household size washer.
2. If your pet is on medication, we will be happy to administer it for you. Please make sure to write out instructions as to how it is to be given.
3. If pet is on a special diet, please bring an adequate amount of food for this duration of the boarding. If your return is delayed, notify us and we can make arrangements to purchase additional special food.
4. All dogs and cats are checked thoroughly for fleas and ticks before entering the boarding area. This is done each time your pet comes in.
5. For your pet's protection, DeShane Kennels will only accept dogs and cats that have been vaccinated by a licensed veterinarian. All vaccinations must be current and written proof from your veterinarian is required.
6. We ask that if your plans change and you do not need to board your pet, please call and cancel the reservation. Many times we have a waiting list and can fill the space as soon as we get a cancellation. RESERVATIONS NOT KEPT NOR CANCELED COULD RESULT IN YOU BEING CHARGED FOR THE TOTAL NUMBER OF DAYS YOU RESERVED.
